工作类别的题目。之前其实刚刚考察了宁可不工作也不从事不喜欢的工作,但是在全年的最后一场预测时候工作类别我还是预警了,毕竟是学生们不熟悉的类型,有一定难度。这个题目有工作经验的考生写不难。领导工资高可以分三个方面写:

从自身的情况分析是因为他们承担的风险大,工作职责、工作压力大。

从公司角度来看,一般来说领导是从基层员工培养出来的,他们对公司更忠诚,待在公司的时间相对久,工作水平高业务熟练,因此值得高工资。

从其他员工来看,领导工资高正是大家职业发展和晋升的目标,有榜样作用。

但是这不是绝对公平。很多普通员工也付出了劳动和辛苦,然而工资却低。这会打击员工工作的积极性,贬低他们的自身价值,从而丧失工作动力。这种做法也不利于公司的长期发展,员工会没有意愿为公司做贡献。

管理者应该高工资:

Managers usually shoulder more responsibilities than those ordinary employees, so they have to work hard and put up tremendous pressure. They have to consider all the risks and profits of the business transactions. And they have to manage almost every aspect within the company, from human resources, balance sheet, corporate culture to customer service. Even though the managers have many people work for the business, they have to be capable enough to handle all the routines and emergencies to which ordinary workers cannot be competent. Therefore, it is reasonable for them to earn much higher salaries than ordinary working staff.

但有可能不公平:

On the other hand, managers' remuneration has to be equivalent to their contribution to the company. After all, it takes each and every one of a company to make one company prosperous. If the bonus and payment package only are offered to the administrators, it might be unfair for those hardworking common employees.

In the past few years, the corporate sector has witnessed immense growth globally. This progress has created several job opportunities for professionals in various fields at all levels. Senior managers usually draw enormous salaries, whereas the junior and middle-level workers are paid just average amounts. In my viewpoint, I would agree with the statement that directors should be paid more as compared to their subordinates.

Firstly, their job responsibilities, working skills, and problem-solving attitude are significantly different from those of the organization's other employees. Secondly, executive directors and managers are accountable for the profits and losses of their companies. They have a tight schedule as they have to fulfill their responsibilities within the given duration. Considering all these factors, I think that the senior managers deserve a higher payroll.

Moreover, an attractive salary acts as a motivation for the workers as they will also work harder to reach the top position. Therefore, companies can use this factor for inculcating a sense of healthy competition among employees. It also helps in getting the best out of them.

To conclude, we can say that it is vital for companies to provide impressive salary hikes to their directors. This practice motivates the staff to work diligently to reach higher positions in the organization.
